Whether you are working from the office or out in the field, RepCard makes it easy to send your digital business card through the mobile app or the web dashboard. Sending your card not only shares your contact info but can also trigger automated follow-up campaigns.


Option 1: Sending from the Mobile App

  1. Open the Send Tool: Tap the Send Card icon located in the bottom middle of your dashboard.

  2. Input Information: Enter the recipient's first name, last name (optional), and their phone number or email address.

  3. Set Lead Type & Message: Label them as a lead and edit the initial message if needed.

  4. Add Features:

    • Text Campaigns: Opt-in to a follow-up campaign for long-term engagement.

    • Profiles & Video: Toggle on your social profiles and select a video from your library (or copy one from the community library).

    • Call to Action: Select a task you want them to do, such as "Visit my Website".

  5. Choose Your "Send" Method:

    • Text/Email: Standard delivery options.

    • 844 Number: Use the third-party number to automate the send without using your personal phone number.

    • More Options: Tap More to see additional sharing options or to Copy Link directly to your clipboard.

  6. Finalize: If you select Text Now, the app will open your native messaging app; hit send to complete the process. Once sent, the app will open the contact's page where you can add additional notes.


Option 2: Sending from the Web App

  1. Locate the Send Icon: From your dashboard, click the paper airplane icon labeled Send Card in the top right corner.

  2. Choose Delivery Method: Select whether you want to send the card via Email or Text.

    • Email: Sent from your user email address.

    • Text: Sent from a standard 844 number; note that if customers reply to this number, they will receive an automated message directing them to your actual business card number.

  3. Enter Recipient Details: * Search for an existing customer or type in a new name and contact info (phone or email).

    • Categorize the contact as a LeadCustomerRecruit, or Other.

  4. Customize the Content:

    • Message: Use the default template or edit the text for a personal touch.

    • Campaigns: Select an automated text or email campaign if you want scheduled follow-ups.

    • Media & CTA: Choose specific videos to include (e.g., a pest control video) and select a Call to Action, such as "Get a Free Quote".

  5. Send: Click Send Card to deliver it immediately.
