Please refer to the video and steps below that explains how to set up the Enerflo Create Appointment connector. This connector will allow appointments made in RepCard to carry over to Enerflo.
Two things that you will need is to know your API key as well as your Calendar ID.

We are launching a more dynamic version of our Interflow integration. To complete this upgrade overnight, we need a specific piece of information from your Interflow account to ensure your calendars migrate correctly.
Step 1: Locate Your Interflow Appointment Type ID
Before updating RepCard, you must retrieve your unique ID from your Interflow account.
Log into your Interflow account.
Navigate to Company Settings.
Select Appointment Types from the menu.
Identify the ID number (often 4 digits) listed on the side of the appointment type and copy it.
Step 2: Update the RepCard Connector
The new integration structure is slightly different from the previous version.
In RepCard, go to Add Connector and select Interflow.
-
In the credentials field, you will need to enter your details using the following format:
API Key: Enter
API key =followed by your unique API key.Calendar ID: Enter
calendar ID =followed by the ID number you copied from Interflow.
Ensure you keep the Calendar Title the same as it was in your previous integration to ensure the migration is seamless.
Step 3: Provide Details for Each Calendar
Depending on your setup, you may have multiple calendars that need migrating.
Check the text message sent to you to see how many integrations you currently have (some users have one, while others may have up to four).
Provide the corresponding Calendar ID for every integration listed in that message.
