When a contact attempts to leave a review through your integrated review platforms such as Google, BBB, or Facebook, they have to follow a specific process. Below is an overview of what they will experience when leaving a review via Google Reviews, as an example.

Important Note:

The review process is not automatic. The contact must manually leave the review by following the steps provided.

  1. Accessing the Review Platform: When the contact clicks on the review link, they will be directed to the review page for your business on the chosen platform (e.g., Google, BBB, or Facebook).

  2. Copying the Review:

    • RepCard will automatically copy the review text to the contact’s clipboard.
  3. Manually Pasting and Submitting:

    • The contact must paste the copied text into the review submission field.
    • They will then need to click "submit" to post the review.
