Step 1: Obtain Your Everbright API Key
Before starting the setup in RepCard, you must secure an Authorization Token (API Key) from Everbright. You have three ways to get this:
Work Through Your EPC: Your EPC can request and obtain the API Key on your behalf, leveraging their existing relationship with Everbright.
Contact Your Account Manager: You can email your assigned Everbright account manager directly to request the key.
Email Everbright Support: Reach out to their general support team at Support@goeverbright.com for assistance with the procurement process.
Step 2: Access Integration Settings
Once you have your key, an Admin must perform the following steps on a web browser:
Log in to your RepCard dashboard.
In the left-hand navigation bar, scroll down and click on Settings.
Select Integrations/Connectors from the settings menu.
Click the blue Connectors button.
Step 3: Configure the Everbright Connector
Click the Add Connector button in the top right corner.
Select Everbright as the Connector Type.
An alert will appear reminding you that an authorization token is required; close this once you are ready to input your data.
In the Authorization Token box, type the word
tokenfollowed by a space, then paste your API Key (e.g.,token [Your_API_Key_Here]).Scroll to the bottom, hit Enable, and then click Save.
You will receive a confirmation message that your Everbright integration has updated successfully.
4 Tips for a Smooth Integration
Check the Space: A common error is forgetting the space between the word
tokenand the actual API key. Double-check your entry before hitting save.Admin Permissions: Only users with Admin status can access the Integrations/Connectors menu. If you don't see this option, check your user role.
Need Help? If you run into issues obtaining your key, you can reach out to your manager or contact support@repcard.com for technical assistance.
Keep Your Key Secure: Treat your API Key like a password. Never share it in public chats or with unauthorized team members.
