Keep your team motivated and connected in the field with RepCard’s Real-Time Communication and Leaderboard Gamification features. Whether you’re sending a quick voice note or competing for a new pair of shoes, these tools are built to drive performance.

1. Real-Time Field Communication

While you are out knocking doors, you can stay in constant contact with your team without stopping to type out long texts.

  • Location Sharing: The app automatically shows your location to your team while you are active in the field.

  • Walkie-Talkie Mode: Use this mode to send instant voice messages to your group—perfect for quick updates between houses.

  • Media Sharing: You can send pictures and videos within your team group to share success stories or document specific door situations.

2. Gamify Your Leaderboard

Turn your daily grind into a friendly competition to boost morale and production.

  • Access Competitions: Tap the Gamification button in the top left corner of your screen.

  • Track Progress: You can view Ongoing Competitions to see your current ranking or scroll down to see Completed Competitions and their final results.

  • Custom Rewards: Managers can set up competitions for any timeframe—weekly, monthly, or even yearly—with specific prizes and "penalties".

    • Example: A January competition saw 1st place winning an iPhone, 2nd place getting new "Dunks," and the last-place finisher having to eat a cricket!

3. Getting Started

If you don't see these features on your account or need help setting up your first competition, our team is here to help.

  • Setup Assistance: Reach out to our Support Team to have gamification added to your account or to walk through the setup process.

4 Tips for High-Energy Teams

  1. Short-Term Sprints: Set up weekly competitions to keep the energy high. A "Most Doors Knocked" sprint from Tuesday to Thursday can fix a mid-week slump.

  2. Voice Over Text: Use the Walkie-Talkie mode to share "Live Wins." Hearing a teammate's excitement after a close is much more motivating than reading a text.

  3. Visual Proof: Use the photo sharing feature to post pictures of "No Soliciting" signs or unique house features so other reps know what to expect when they hit that street.

  4. The "Loser" Incentive: While big prizes like iPhones are great, sometimes a funny, harmless penalty for the bottom of the leaderboard (like the cricket example) creates the most engagement.
