How to Set Up the Enerflo Create Lead Connector

Please refer to the video below that explains how to set up the Enerflo Create Lead connector. This connector will allow leads created in RepCard to carry over to Enerflo.

You will need your Enerflo API key, which you can find in your Enerflo Company Settings.

The Interflow Create Lead connector allows your team to automatically sync new leads from RepCard directly into Interflow the moment they are created. This ensures your data remains consistent across platforms without any manual data entry.

Note: You must have Admin or Company Owner permissions in RepCard to set up this integration.

Step-by-Step Setup

1. Navigate to Settings

  • From the left-hand menu in the RepCard dashboard, click on the Settings page.

  • Select the Integration/Connectors tab at the top of the screen.

  • Click the blue Connectors button to view your active integrations.

2. Add the Interflow Connector

  • Click the blue Add Connector button in the top right.

  • From the dropdown box, select Interflow Create Lead.

  • A pop-up will remind you to have your API key ready; click Close to proceed.

3. Configure Your Credentials

  • Locate the Request Headers section.

  • Enter your Interflow API Key into the designated header field. You can find this key within your Interflow Company Settings.

  • Crucial: Do not change the Type (Mobile), Method (Post), or URL fields, as these are pre-configured to ensure the data reaches Interflow correctly.

4. Finalize and Save

  • Customize the Success Message to your liking; this is what users will see when a lead syncs successfully.

  • Ensure the checkbox to enable the connector is checked.

  • Click Save Details to activate the integration.

Data Accuracy Checklist

To ensure leads are created properly in Interflow, keep these two rules in mind:

  • Email Sync: The email address used by the rep in RepCard must match exactly the email address they use in Interflow. If they are different, the lead will fail to create.

  • Office Names: Ensure the Office Name in RepCard corresponds to an existing office name in Interflow. If they don't match, that specific field will appear blank in Interflow.

4 Tips for Lead Management

  1. Pre-Selected Fields: RepCard already selects several standard data fields to send over, so you don't have to manually map them.

  2. Audit Your Team: Double-check your reps' email addresses in both systems before launching the integration to prevent "missing" leads.

  3. Customize the Success Message: Use the success message to give reps a "Next Step" instruction, such as "Lead synced to Interflow! Remember to check for shading in Sunroof".

  4. API Key Security: Always keep your Interflow API key private and only share it with authorized admins.
