In Short: How To Build a Stat
For Setter:
1. Click "Build Stat," per each stat wanted, create a stat name, short name, description, active visibility
2. Change "Status" to "Appointment Outcome" instead of "Contact Status"
3. Change "Held" to the appointment outcome(s) preferred (Ex: Not Interested, Bad Credit, Signed up, etc.)
4. Select Attributed to: "Setter"
5. Save
For Closer:
1. Click "Build Stat," per each stat wanted, create a stat name, short name, description, active visibility
2. Change "Status" to "Appointment Outcome" instead of "Contact Status"
3. Change "Not Held" to the appointment outcome(s) preferred (Ex: Not Showed, Not Interested, Rescheduled, etc.)
4. Select Attributed to: "Closer"
5. Save
