Mass messaging can only be done via web browser - This cannot be done in app.
1. Log In to your account via Web Browser
2. Click on 'Contacts' from your left hand menu
- Select the contacts you wish to send a mass message to
3. Select whether to send via email or SMS
4. Optional Features
- Campaign: Decide if you want to add the contact to a campaign.
- Profile Link: Include your profile link in the email.
- Social Media Links: Add links to your social media.
- Videos and Calls to Action: Choose if you want to include these elements.
5. Click 'Send'
Important Notes
- Emails will be sent from the contact owner associated with each contact. Ensure you are aware of who the contact owner is to avoid confusion for the recipients.
- Double-check the email content for any errors before sending, as emails cannot be recalled once dispatched.
- Please note if you choose SMS, there is a $0.03 charge per SMS sent.
