Set Up Appointment Outcomes on RepCard
1. Go to https://app.repcard.com/admin
Log in to your account.
2. Click the left hand menu.
3. Click "Calendars"
4. Click the setting gear wheel.
5. Click "Add Category"
6. Type in the title of the category
7. Choose a color
8. Click "Save"
9. Click "Add Appt Outcome"
10. Type in the name of the Outcome
11. Select the Outcome Category for this Outcome
12. Click "Save"
13. Now in the mobile app, you can update the outcome of the appointment to your newly created outcome.
Tip: If you are creating outcomes for reps to use PRIOR to an appointment, note that the automated reminder to the closer to update the appointment will not be sent once the appointment has passed.

The closer can still update the appointment outcome, only the reminder will not be sent.
Click "Appt Settings"
