1. Navigate to RepCard
2. Click here.
3. Click "Users"
4. Click "John Smith"
5. Click "Deactivate"
6. User contact distribution menu will pop up.
The two options will be to select the user's contacts to
"Stay with the User" OR "Stay with the Company"
7. If "Stay with the User" was chosen:
"Assigned areas on the map:" will prompt you to select
"Assign to another user " OR "Delete the assigned area"
8. If "Stay with the User" was chosen:
AND "Assign to another user " was chosen, then "choose new assignee" will appear. Type in the preferred assignee's user name and then click "Deactivate"
9. If "Stay with the User" was chosen:
AND "Delete the assigned area" - this will delete the user's assigned areas once deactivated.
10. If "Stay with the Company" was chosen:
Please select a preferred user for each option, the selected user can be all the same or vary.
11. The option, "Assigned areas on the map:" will prompt you to select between
"Assign to another user" OR "Delete the assigned area"
12. If "Assign to another user" was chosen:
Please "Choose new assignee"
13. If "Delete the assigned area" was selected, this will delete the areas from the user you are removing, then you can move forward to deactivate
14. Click "Deactivate"
15. Deactivating will unlink the user from your company. Click "OK" once it reaches 100% to confirm they have been successfully removed.
