How to order an ID Badge in your app

To order your badge please follow the below instructions:

• Within your RepCard App - Navigate to 'ID badge' from the icon bar at the top of your app.

         

• Click 'Order Now'
• Select the quantity of which badge you would like to order (ID Badge Kit (includes lanyard) or NFC Smart ID Badge (No Lanyard))
• Select 'Place your order' at the bottom of your screen
• You will be prompted to enter your shipping address, payment information, & then order confirmation - please note payment information is required whether your company is covering the cost of your first badge or not.
• Enter your shipping address details & Upload a picture of your government issued ID & select 'Next'

         

• Enter your payment details & select 'Next'

         

• Please note the 'Grand Total $0'- this only appears when you are submitting your first order IF your company covers the costs of the first badge you order.

         

• Once successfully placed you will receive a pop up confirmation - please note at this time you will not receive a confirmation email or text.
