In App: 

  1. Option 1: Sending Card via Long Press
    • Long press on the RepCard app icon.
    • Select "Send Card".
    • Enter contact's details and make desired selections.
  2. Option 2: Sending Card via Account Login
    • Click on "Send Card" from the bottom of your account home screen.
  3. Option 3: Sharing from a specific contact
    • Go to contacts.
    • Search and select the desired contact.
    • Click on "Send Card" at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Option 4: Sharing Direct Link
    • From the home screen, click on the "Share" icon in upper right-hand corner
    • Choose to text, email, download QR code, or select more share options.

Cautionary Notes

  • Note: Texting from an 844 number costs 3 cents per text.
  • Ensure to include the best contact number in the initial message when using the 844 number for texting.
  • Double-check all contact details before sending the card to avoid errors.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Save time by using the long-press option for quick access to sending cards.
  • Utilize the search function to easily find and send cards to specific contacts.
  • Customize messages and include relevant attachments to personalize the card sending process.

 

In Web Browser: 

  1. Log into the web browser.
  2. Click on "Send Business Card" on the left-hand menu.
  3. Choose to send the business card via email or text. Please note that by choosing text in a web browser, will default to the 844 option and you will be charged three cents per text message sent. 
  4. Search for a specific contact or add details of a new contact. 
  5. Review and edit the initial message if needed.
  6. Choose a text campaign to add the contact to.
  7. Include social profiles, video attachments, and calls to action.
  8. Verify all selections and details.
  9. Click on "Send Card" at the bottom of the page.

Cautionary Notes

  • If sending by text through the web browser, be aware that there is a charge of three cents per text message.
  • Double-check all information and selections before sending the business card to ensure accuracy.

  • Set default initial messages for different user types to save time.
