Setting Up a White-Label URL using RepCard
RepCard provides a way for a company where they can set up their user's business cards to be white-labeled by their own domain.
By Default links sent to contacts are app.repcard.com/{username} but once any company uses a custom URL from the company setting their custom URL will be sent for any card sent by their users.
Here are the steps to set up your white-label URL in RepCard:
- Configure CNAME in your CPANEL settings following the instructions in this doc
- Reach out to support@repcard.com to enable SSL
- Once RepCard has enabled SSL, you’re all set!
Initial Setup

- A user must need a role having permission to manage company branding.
- Once logged in navigate to the company setting from the left navigation bar
- Click on ‘Others’ tab
- By default ‘Use White Label URL’ is selected as NO and the RepCard default URL is sent on every Card.
- Click ‘Yes’ and add the White Label URL that you want to use.
- Example: card.repcard.com
- The system will validate that this URL CNAME is mapped to repcard-prod-68814395.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com or show an error if not mapped.
CNAME configuration
