Please follow the steps below to set up and enable the white-label URL.

Once you've mapped the CNAME according to the instructions, please reach out to support@repcard.com so we can enable the SSL from our end.

Once this is completed, your white-label will be live.

Setting Up a White-Label URL using RepCard

RepCard provides a way for a company where they can set up their user's business cards to be white-labeled by their own domain.

By Default links sent to contacts are app.repcard.com/{username} but once any company uses a custom URL from the company setting their custom URL will be sent for any card sent by their users.

Here are the steps to set up your white-label URL in RepCard:

  1. Configure CNAME in your CPANEL settings following the instructions in this doc
  2. Reach out to support@repcard.com to enable SSL
  3. Once RepCard has enabled SSL, you’re all set!

Initial Setup

  • Login into your company account using the RepCard Web URL https://app.repcard.com/admin
  • A user must need a role having permission to manage company branding.
  • Once logged in navigate to the company setting from the left navigation bar

  • Click on ‘Others’ tab
  • By default ‘Use White Label URL’ is selected as NO and the RepCard default URL is sent on every Card.

CNAME configuration

  • Once CNAME is configured, go back to your RepCard Settings > Other
    • ‘Use White Label URL’ - select Yes
    • Enter the white-label URL into the White Label URL field and it is ready to use. A green checkmark indicates that the CNAME was successfully mapped.

  • Click on Save Settings to make sure everything is saved.

SSL Enablement

To make everything properly working we need to make sure SSL is enabled on your white-label URL.

You can purchase SSL or RepCard provides SSL to these white labels.

Please contact support@repcard.com for SSL Generation.

RepCard will send you an SSL Generation Request which needs a CNAME entry in your domain hosting provider as shown below.
