NOTE: If you would like edit which contacts (and canvassing map pins) can be viewed by your team, you will edit that option in the Roles and Permissions at www.repcard.com

In App:

  1. Click on "Contacts" at the bottom of the homepage, in app.
  2. Filter contacts by lead, customer, recruit, or other categories. (these may vary based on your account)
  3. Use the drop-down menu to change the contact type and/or status
  4. Contact Card gives you the ability to manage:
    • Contact Info
    • Notes
    • Appointments
    • Reminders
    • Attachments
    • Text Campaigns
    • Schedule Texts

In Web Browser (List/Table View):

  1. Click on contacts in left hand menu
  2. You can create a new contact by clicking 'Create new' in upper right hand corner
  3. You can change the Contact Status by clicking the drop down for that contact. 
  4. Can edit, delete, send card (note you must first scroll to the bottom of the page to scroll to the last column.

 

In Web Browser (Board View):

  1. Click on contacts in left hand menu.
  2. Select 'Board' View from upper right hand corner. 
  3. You can filter by Contact Type.
  4. You can easily move contacts from one status to another.
  5. Clicking on the contact will show you a small overview of contact information.
