A Global Pin in RepCard is a shared map marker visible to all users across your team or organization. These pins appear on every rep’s map to highlight important locations.
Any contact status can be designated as a “Global Pin”, depending on company settings controlled by the owner or admin. Although it is most frequently used for doors you don’t want to be knocked again, this feature is completely customizable and can be applied to any contact status your organization chooses.
While Global Pins are visible to everyone, only the contact owner—the rep who created or owns the contact—can edit or update the information associated with that pin. This ensures data consistency and prevents unauthorized changes.
