Reactivate a user

Need to bring a user back? You can quickly reactivate them from your owner account.

1. Log in to your RepCard Owner account on the web.
2. Click Users in the left-hand menu.
3. Find the deactivated user you want to reactivate.
4. Click the blue action icon next to their name (only this one works for deactivated users).
5. Select Activate.
6. Type ACTIVATE in all caps to confirm (it’s case sensitive!).
7. Click Activate again.

That’s it! The user’s status should now show as Active.
