🔐 Log In Email
- Purpose: Used to access your RepCard account.
- Private: Not visible to others unless selected as your display email.
- Unique Identifier: Must be unique in the system.
- Editable: Can be changed through account settings or with support.
📧 Display Email
- Purpose: The email shown on your RepCard when you share it.
- Public-facing: What clients and prospects will see and use to contact you.
- Customizable: You can choose any email you want shown—personal, professional, or team-based.
✅ Important Note: Select & Save the Correct Email
To make sure the correct email shows on your RepCard:
- You must select the desired email bubble (display email) in your account settings.
- Then click "Save."
- If you don’t do this, RepCard will default to showing your log in email as the display email — even if you typed another email elsewhere.
- Display email is only available to add or edit in a web browser.
This ensures the right email is visible to others and keeps your contact info professional and accurate.
