Why Apple Won't Let Me Have Multiple RepCard Subscriptions with the Same Apple ID

Apple doesn’t allow multiple subscriptions to the same app under one Apple ID because their system treats each app as a single subscription product per user. This means:

  • One subscription per app per Apple ID: You can’t subscribe multiple times to different plans or tiers of the same app using the same Apple ID.
  • Prevents duplicate billing and confusion: Apple’s policy avoids charging the same user multiple times for the same app subscription.
  • Streamlines subscription management: It keeps your subscriptions consolidated, making it easier to manage and renew.

You might see a message like:
“You are already subscribed to RepCard through this Apple ID. If you want to enjoy the premium subscription for multiple accounts, then log in to RepCard.com and subscribe on the website.”

This means that to have premium access for multiple accounts, you’ll need to purchase additional subscriptions directly through the RepCard website, not through the Apple App Store.

If you have any questions or need help managing your subscription, feel free to contact RepCard support.
