1. Access Navigation Controls 0:03

  • Log in as an owner or admin.
  • Navigate to the left sidebar.
  • Click on Layouts.
  • Select Navigation Controls.

2. Customize Bottom Menu Icons 0:29

  • Identify the bottom icons on the homepage
  • To change the order, drag and drop the icons as desired.
  • To remove an icon (e.g., Games), click on it and select the option to remove.
  • To add a new icon (e.g., Activity or Appointments), select it from the available options.

3. Customize Top Cards 1:10

  • Locate the scrollable cards at the top of the screen.
  • Change the order of the cards by dragging and dropping them.
  • Remove any cards that are not needed and add new ones as required.

4. Create New Items 1:51

  • To create a new card or menu item, go to the Menu or Cards section.
  • Click on Create New Item.
  • Fill in the title (e.g., Sales Training) and link to the external resource (e.g., training platform).
  • Save the new item and add it to the top of the card list.

5. Save Changes 2:32

  • Ensure all changes are saved before exiting the navigation controls.
