How to Set Up or Edit Text/Email Campaigns in RepCard
You can use text and email campaigns in RepCard to automate your outreach and follow-up process. These campaigns are especially useful for nurturing leads, engaging customers, or onboarding recruits. Follow the steps below to create, customize, or launch a campaign.
Understanding Campaigns
- These default campaigns are prebuilt follow-up sequences (via email, text, or both).
- You can enroll contacts in a campaign manually or automatically:
- Go to a contact’s profile and click Text Campaigns to assign them.
- Or, when sending your digital business card, you can select a campaign to go with it.
Adding/Editing Text Campaigns
- Log in to your RepCard dashboard.
- On the left-hand menu, click on “Text Campaigns.”
- You’ll likely see some default campaigns (e.g., “Basic Campaign Lead” or “Basic Campaign Customer”).
Editing Existing Campaigns
- Click on any existing campaign (like “Basic Campaign Lead”).
- You’ll see a timeline of scheduled messages (e.g., “Send email on Day 1 at 11:31 AM”).
- Click on a message to edit:
- Text Message – $0.03 per message
- Email Message – Free
- Update the message content, timing, and delivery method as needed.
- 💡 Tip: Use AI tools like ChatGPT to generate personalized and engaging content.
Creating a New Campaign from Scratch
- Click on “Add Multi-Text Campaign.”
- Enter a campaign name (e.g., “New Lead Follow-Up”).
- Add message steps:
- Choose email, text, or both.
- Set the delay (e.g., send 1 day after previous message).
- Write your custom message content.
- Repeat to add as many steps as you need in your campaign flow.
Saving and Assigning Campaigns
- Click Save once your campaign is set up.
- To assign the campaign:
- Go to a contact in the RepCard app.
- Click Text Campaigns.
- Select the campaign to enroll them.
- Or, when sending your digital business card, select a campaign to attach.
Tips
- Keep your messages short and clear.
- Customize language to reflect your industry and audience.
- Use both email and text for better engagement.
- Review campaign performance and adjust timing/content as needed.
