Custom Fields in RepCard let you tailor your contact profiles to fit your company’s specific needs. You can add your own tabs, sections, and fields to capture information that matters most to your business.

Accessing Custom Fields

  1. From your RepCard dashboard, go to the left menu.

  2. Click Layouts, then select Custom Fields.

What You’ll See

When viewing a contact, you'll notice default tabs like:

  • Info

  • Notes

  • Appointments

  • Reminders

  • Attachments

  • Text Campaigns

  • Scheduled Texts

You can add your own custom tabs and fields beyond these defaults.

Creating a Custom Tab and Fields

  1. Click Add Tab (e.g., name it "Solar Form").

  2. Click Add Section (e.g., "Utility Information").

  3. Click Add Field to create the fields reps need to complete.

Field types include:

  • Short Text (e.g., utility company name)

  • Long Text (e.g., installation notes)

  • Number, Decimal, Percentage

  • Radio Dropdown (select one option)

  • Checkbox (select multiple options)

  • True/False

  • Single Checkbox

  • Attachments (upload photos or files)

  • Date/Time, Phone Number, Email

  • Call to Action (link to external sites)

You can fully customize the fields to suit your use case—whether you're in solar, roofing, pest control, security, or any other industry.

Examples

  • Solar Form: Utility info, average monthly bill, roof type

  • Roofing Form: Hail damage, payment type

  • Pest Form: Pest type, service frequency

Integration with Other Software

Custom Fields can also be integrated with other platforms using Zapier. For example, if you’re using Acculinks, you can transfer data like roof photos or notes directly into your CRM using a Zap.
