How to Add Videos and Attachments to Your RepCard Training Library

1. Open the Training Library:

   • On the left-hand menu, click Training Library.

   • You’ll see some default RepCard videos already available (e.g., RepCard 101 and 102). These are recommended for you and your reps to watch.

2. Create a New Course:

   • Click Add Course (top right).

     • Give your course a title (e.g., Closer Training).

   • Click Save and make sure the course is set to Active.

3. Add Content to the Course:

   • Click Add Content (top right).

     • Select the course you just created (Closer Training).

4. Choose Content Type:

   • Select whether you’re adding a Video or an Attachment.

     • For this example, choose Video.

5. Enter Video Details:

   • Enter a Title for the video. This is what your reps will see.

   • Choose the Video Type:

     • Upload a File from your device, or

     • Paste a link from YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, or Loom.

6. Customize the Video (Optional):

   • You can choose a thumbnail image if desired.

   • Ensure the content is marked as Active.

7. Upload the Content:

   • Click Upload Content.

Once uploaded, the video will be added to the Closer Training course in your RepCard Training Library, and your reps will be able to access it directly in their app.
