This article walks you through how to customize the leaderboards within RepCard — including selecting metrics, managing visibility, and creating new leaderboards that reflect your team’s KPIs. You’ll also learn how to enable metrics for use in competitions or games.
🛠️ Accessing the Leaderboards Tab
To begin customizing, make sure you have Admin access or the necessary permissions to edit leaderboards.
Log in to the RepCard Admin Dashboard.
On the left-hand side, click “Leaderboards.”
🏆 Default Leaderboards
When you first set up an Enterprise account, RepCard provides six default leaderboards:
Overview
Door-to-Door (D2D)
Recruiting
Engagements
Setter
Closer
To view the metrics under each leaderboard, click the eye icon on the right.
To hide a leaderboard from both reps and admins:
Toggle the visibility switch OFF.
The leaderboard will be removed from the dashboard and the rep-facing app.
⚙️ Customizing Metrics
You can customize which metrics appear under each leaderboard:
Select the leaderboard you want to edit (e.g., “Door-to-Door”).
-
Toggle individual metrics ON or OFF depending on what you want reps to see.
Example: To hide “Average Distance per Knock,” toggle that metric off.
These changes will immediately reflect in both the admin dashboard and the rep mobile app.
➕ Creating a Custom Leaderboard
Don’t want the default six leaderboards? You can create your own!
Steps to Create a Custom Leaderboard:
Click “Create Leaderboard” in the top right.
Name your new leaderboard (e.g., “Sales Leaderboard”).
-
Select only the metrics you want displayed, such as:
Last Door Knock
Verified Door Knocks
Time Spent in the Field
Appointments Set
etc.
Click Save.
Toggle the new leaderboard’s visibility ON.
✅ Once saved and toggled on, your new custom leaderboard will now be the only one visible on the dashboard and in the app.
🎮 Using Metrics in Games & Competitions
If you're running a game, contest, or incentive, and want to assign point values to metrics:
Competitions, games, and incentives can only be created within the RepCard app on your mobile device.
However, the metrics used in those games must be configured in the web browser under the “Configure in Games” section in the Leaderboards tab.
-
Locate the metric (e.g., “Doors Knocked”) and toggle it ON to make it available in game setups.
Example: “Every 20 doors knocked = 1 point”
🔁 You can either enable only frequently-used metrics or toggle all metrics on for future flexibility.
📌 Final Notes
-
Any changes made in the Leaderboards tab are instantly reflected in both:
The Admin Dashboard
The Rep mobile app
Use this feature to tailor performance tracking to your company’s goals and workflows.
