Overview
An in-app broadcast is a one-way communication tool that allows admins (or users with the appropriate permissions) to send announcements directly to reps through the RepCard mobile app. This feature provides a fast and effective way to share important or time-sensitive information with everyone at once or with a specific group, such as an office, team, role, or platform.
Reps cannot reply to broadcasts. All messages are delivered as push notifications on reps’ mobile devices. These cannot be scheduled in advance.

How to Access In-App Broadcasts
Go to repcard.com and log in with your credentials.
From the backend dashboard, click the Broadcast icon at the top of the screen.
How to Send a Broadcast
Click the Broadcast icon (megaphone in top right corner).
Select the broadcast type (such as Announcement).
Enter your message text.
Example: “Everyone meet at Chipotle at 12 PM.”
You can include links (such as Zoom links) if needed.
Choose your audience:
Office
Team
Role
Platform (leave blank to send to all device types).
Or leave all fields blank to send to everyone.
Review the preview to the right to see how the notification will appear on:
iOS devices
Android devices
Click Send.
Please allow 5-7 minutes for processing.
What Reps See
Once sent, all selected recipients receive a push notification from RepCard on their mobile device displaying your message.
