How to Assign an Area

 

Important: Area assignments cannot be done in the back end. This must be completed directly in the Rep-Card app. See full video below.

Step 1: Open the Map In-App

1. Open the Rep-Card app on your device.

2. Tap the map icon located at the bottom right (middle icon).

3. Zoom out as needed to locate the area you want to assign.

Step 2: Select the Area Tool

1. On the right-hand side, tap the hand with a line icon.

2. Use this tool to draw out the area you want to assign.

Step 3: Assign a Rep

1. After drawing, a list of available reps will appear.

2. Select the rep you want to assign to the area (e.g., HANA).

3. Tap Save.

4. The area will now be highlighted in the color assigned to that user.

Step 4: Reassign an Area

1. If you need to change the assigned rep, long press the area.

2. Tap Reassign (bottom left).

3. Select the new rep (e.g., Kylie) and save the changes.

Step 5: Delete an Area

1. To delete an area, long press on the area.

2. Tap Delete (bottom right).

3. The area will be removed from the map.
